The Why Knott Dream Big Foundation recently donated a springboard to a Green Bay school. The impact the item had is outlined in a thank you note written by one of the school's teachers. The contents of the letter are displayed below.

The full letter with pictures can be seen here: THANK YOU (.pdf)

Dear Why Knott Dream Big Foundation,

Thank you very much for your donation of a springboard. As you can see, our students enjoy using it. It benefits their education in many ways. Children with autism and apraxia often have difficulty controlling body movements, focusing, and attending in class. Doing activities on the springboard, such as balancing and bouncing, helps improve these skills. Your generous donation is allowing OT and PT students at Heritage Elementary School to participate in a variety of fun and beneficial movement activities. We are truly grateful!

Sincerely,

Becky Hansen, OTR

Occupational Therapist
